1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of qerind.com and of Signal Run, the game published on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of the service

Qerind is a free social casino provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not offer gambling, does not accept wagers or deposits, does not hold funds, and does not award prizes, winnings or anything else of monetary value. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to gamble in any jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Qerind. By using the site you confirm that you are. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of a social casino site is lawful where you are; if it is not, you must not use it.

4. Virtual coins

Coins displayed in Signal Run are a gameplay counter with no value of any kind. They are not currency, credit, property or a store of value. They cannot be purchased, earned outside the game, transferred, sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, services or any other benefit. Balances are held in your browser only and are lost when the page is closed or reloaded. We are under no obligation to restore, compensate or account for a lost balance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it; interfere with its operation or security; use automated systems to access or play it in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure; modify or tamper with the game's code or randomisation; or misrepresent Qerind as offering real-money gambling.

6. Availability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw any part of it, including Signal Run, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Qerind name and mark, the Signal Run game, its code, artwork, visual design and written material — belongs to Qerind or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

8. Third-party links

Where we link to an external site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these terms, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions apply only as far as the law allows.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold Qerind harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Together with our privacy policy, these terms form the entire agreement between you and Qerind regarding the site.
