Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Qerind (“Qerind”, “we”, “us”) handles when you visit qerind.com, why we handle it, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website and to Signal Run, the game hosted on it.

The short version

Qerind has no accounts, no logins and no player profiles. We do not ask for your name, email address, date of birth or payment details in order to play, and there is nothing to pay for. Your coin balance and game results never leave your browser.

Information we collect

Information you give us

The only way to send us personal information is to contact us yourself. If you email support@qerind.com we receive your email address, whatever you write and any attachments you include. We use that solely to answer you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data when a page is served: IP address, request time, the page requested, referring page, and basic browser and device information. These records exist to keep the site available, diagnose faults and detect abuse, and they are not used to build a profile of you.

Game data

Your balance, stake and results are held in the memory of the page while it is open and are discarded when you close or reload it. They are never transmitted to us and we have no record of how you played.

Cookies and similar technologies

Qerind does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we use any cookie at all it is strictly necessary for the site to function or to remember a preference you have set. Where local technical storage is used, it stays on your device. You can clear or block cookies and site storage through your browser settings; the game will continue to work.

Third parties

Web fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google and Google may log that request in line with its own policies. Our hosting provider processes the technical records described above on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone for marketing purposes, and there are no advertising networks on this site.

Legal basis and purposes

Where data protection law requires a basis for handling information, ours are: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website; and, for correspondence, taking steps to respond to your request. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Retention

Technical server records are kept only as long as needed for security and diagnostics, typically a short rolling period, and are then deleted or aggregated. Support correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve your query and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict our handling of it, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we hold so little, most requests can be answered quickly. Write to support@qerind.com with Privacy in the subject line.

Children

Qerind is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to any correspondence we hold is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but there is very little here to lose — we hold no payment details, no passwords and no gameplay history.

International visitors

Qerind is available worldwide and our infrastructure may process technical records in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be flagged prominently on the site.
